Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Orders are normally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using USPS.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping (mainland) via USPS on orders over $100. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Gem Ablaze. We ship internationally with DHL Express Mail for a flatrate of $25. All brokerage fees are included, however Gem Ablaze is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL Express Mail generally takes 2 weeks, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

We accept returns one week, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.

Return requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and / or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

• Orders must be returned in the same country (USA) which they were originally purchased in. (Due to entry taxes to the USA we do not accept any item returned from another country other than the USA)

All below items are non-returnable:

• Engraved and monogrammed products.

• Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment

• Gift cards

• Final sale items.

Return shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. When returning an orders the shipping cost has to be born by the customer.
